My dreams couldn’t have been achieved without Kellie’s mentoring skills, her working knowledge and life experience, the passion and values Kellie carried with her on helping others to reach their full potential. I was once afraid of getting out there and facing new challenges, not anymore, that’s changed.

Kellie’s dedication, commitment and ongoing true and honest feedback gave me the strength to get out of my comfort zone and reach for the stars!

Thank you Kellie for the encouragement, God-given wisdom and the patience of a saint. I will be forever grateful as I enter the project world, finding my inner niche, and feeling proud of what I have become.

Kellie’s passion and experience in Lean Six Sigma created an engaging environment…

I was fortunate enough to report into, learn from, and work with Kellie King as a Lean Deployment Leader from 2015 through to 2018.

Kellie is not only an inspiring leader but a thoughtful and engaging trainer. During our time together I supported Kellie in establishing an Australia and NZ Lean Six Sigma training and certification pathway within Bupa. This involved training over 350 local staff in Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.

Kellie’s passion and experience in Lean Six Sigma created an engaging environment that brought Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools to life for budding practitioners and was instrumental in building a Lean/ Continuous Improvement culture within the organisation.

On a personal front my time observing and training with Kellie has shaped my Lean Six Sigma journey with her experiences and knowledge used throughout my career and countlessly shared with others I work with.

…moved into a new position aligned to my values…

I was looking for a mentor that would challenge me to step out of my comfort zone. After 15 years within the same organisation this was the first mentoring opportunity with an external person to my industry.

My experience with Kellie from day one was very challenging – but in a good way!

Kellie broadened my thinking, challenged me to focus on areas I was not keen explore too often and completely made me re-evaluate my life purpose…

I left the experience feeling confident and since then have moved into a new position aligned to my values and I am actively mentoring others – while continuing my own growth and development journey through various channels.
